YTPMVSD is a community project. All submissions to the website are created and uploaded by users. We do not advertise or profit directly from anything uploaded to the website.
We do respect the intellectual property of others. It is our policy to remove material that infringes on the copyright of others and disable access to the website for users who have uploaded infringing material.
Sending a takedown request
If you believe your copyrighted material has been uploaded to the website, you may contact us via email at [email protected] and submit a DMCA takedown request. To submit a request, the following information must be included:
- Your contact information, including your name, physical address, and email address
- A description of the copyrighted work(s) you believe has/have been infringed
- Direct link(s) to the material that you claim is/are infringing
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury under the DMCA, that you are authorised to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right which allegedly is infringed.
- Your physical or electronic signature
In accordance with the DMCA, we will remove the material as soon as possible.
